Markus Schach´s practice is focused on corporate and related tax law (transformations, M&A, shareholders disputes, law of succession) as well as criminal tax law. Markus Schach also acts for auditors and tax advisors in civil cases of alleged professional liability.
Markus Schach completed training as an assistant tax accountant and studied law at the University of Tübingen. Since 2008 he is working as a lawyer. Before joining Schädel & Schach Rechtsanwälte as a partner he was partner of a medium-sized auditing company and founder of a law firm with focus on corporate and tax law.
Markus Schach is a member oft he Tübingen Law Society (Juristisch Gesellschaft Tübingen e. V.) and a member of the board of directors of a charitable foundation. He is a lecturer for commercial law at he Chamber of Tax Advisors Stuttgart and a lecturer for corporate taxes at the Stuttgart University of Media (Hochschule der Medien).
